For lvl 22-28 maybe a sb for them would be better as not allowed in big one if dont have belt and mount, this would get the lowers heroism and stop lvl 70 bcing them for joining without belt+mount

Heroism shouldn't be easy to gain... earn the belt/mount first to then earn heroism or stay out the seas.

Agreed reps and heroism are hard to get for a reason if they were easy everyone in the game would be the same.
