my clan leader hasn't been online since may 8th i would like to be dismissed but the seal of defeat still has 11 gold to be paid off is their anything i can do i would like to know asap

Have you checked if you can leave by:
1) Clicking large Clan(K) button next to battlegrounds button 2) Clicking clan members tab , (about third in) 3) Scroll down if needed and then click the x in kick-out until your name.
I only say this as Bonecrushers have outstanding contributions to pay and it looks like this option is still available, ie it's not shaded out.
If not try admin

If you have diplomatic permissions pay off the 11g leave and leave the clan. No diplomatic permission then vote for a new clan leader i think you have to have 50% of the people in the clan voting for the same person for it to work. Option 3 is to make a new character and start again. Hope that helps.

Problem solved. Sorry about that. Paid off seal and clan was disbanded. I thought that the clan would have disbanded if tax wasn't paid but I guess I was wrong.
