Pretty sure you have to buy 10 reals after getting the quest. When I did it I bought them before thinking that the game would "remember" and it would self activate but it didn't.

Could be wrong though.

I think that might be it but the quest said to donate them don't say any thing about to compet quest buy reals now or I would have waited to buy them you know.

You have to buy ten reals in one go to for quest to be completed. Also for Queen - you bought the reals before you even had the quest therefor it's not completed, you'll need to get 10 or more reals in one go again in order to complete it.
