To be honest that is what I am expecting. That it is 3k minimum. 3k is not that difficult to get by lvl 36 or whatever it is in most if not all of the combat reps. There are 15 quests. It's going to take time to complete them.
Also this is a powerful new form with it's own spells and such. Do you really think that it would be easy for lower levels/people that don't do combat much to get it?

Corsair will be the hardest one I think simply because you only get it from sb and chests...yes from hexes too but those are not worth the the cost no matter which rep lol
