If someone uses more than five potions it simply means they have equipped a bigger belt. You cannot switch between both belts be it either through pc or phone once you've used at least one glyph/elixir from belt. You have two "belts" simply to have two different sets of elixirs/glyphs depending on situation but only one of them can be used during a single battle.
