55 i got hit by it already when others had it on them. u could see the animation quote ofter before the level cap expansion when the game was less laggy.

46 I've never seen it show up on more than one player/npc when i use it.

60 it doesnt show up its sorta like a bomb when it goes off it hits 3 people at once
