Confrontation system

What happens if your the top of your level range confrontation wise but level out mid week? Points carry over to new level range or are you still classed as being a part of old level range until the current week competition ends?

from what I can see, a win in a higher division is worth more than one in a lower division, and I believe (don't quote me on this) that when you move up a division it converts them using the new rate. So for example if division 1 a win is worth 1 point and in division 2 it is worth 1.5, and you have 10 wins in division 1 before you move up to division 2 you will appear in division 2 with 15 points. This of course might be complete nonsense :P
