If it's a loan, then you can just repay it with reals too bank as soon as you receive the reals. If it's a purchase, outta luck

Seems like it was a loan, as there were previously other loans Sapphire cannot give all those 191 reals back in one go. So best course of action is simply spend only how much you wanted to take and leave the rest for time you'll need to give back the loan.
