Scheme for Fragile Flask for Dragon Ambrosia

Can someone please tell me where I can find the scheme? I must be missing something, because I can't find it.

you have to be in a clan and buy from clan hall. you can only make the ambrosia if in a clan too it appears. because once made it transfers to the clan chest and you must go there to grab it.

yes it is very silly. I did a double take and facepalm when I couldn't find it bag first time I made one and then saw system message saying it was in clan chest.... which makes me assume (never left clan and then tried to make one) that they were ingenious enough to force you to be in a clan to make or you'll get an error.
