Runestone of teleportation

Ok, I now have my backpack under 22. I can transfer from place to place at no cost, but if thought the whole purpose of getting the rune stone was to be able to teleport for FREE on the map? However I can't. It still wants to charge me. Why?

Um, no. Teleport stones charge. However, you have a huge advantage during clan wars because you can teleport place to place without wasting energy (needed to run crystals) and while chasing Garuug the Grabber (so you don't run out of energy and let him escape).

You can't teleport whilst carrying crystals in a clan war but you can to help out in fights. Also if you do find yourself overweight you can still teleport, maybe to winery to unload gear into tavern.
