Dragon Quest

Hey everyone im having some issues with my 3rd dragon quest (water) i have spoken to mindite yet we could not resolve the issue of me not being able to find the quest that i needed to do for my next part and she suggested it may be a glitch. Easiest way to find the quest you need - check your quest book for any level 12 quests and if there are any uncompleted make sure to finish them.

If you're completely sure you haven't finished water dragon quest - finish that quest and any others it leads to.

thats the problem either the quest isnt there for me or i dont kno its name and cannot find it to then do it
