I too am missing all of these items. Please help.

yeah i didn't get the hat reward and melvin is missing and collection i get the pieces but can't see what i am missing

I am missing all them and no melvin and can not find what is needed for the colllection

The collection should hand out the red weapons

ive been wondering about the collection for a few days now...

well.. its like this..
we were asked to spread the legs, push the arms aside and then get rid of the head - but we didnt get the head as reward :(

same no collection parts, no melvin and no reward from boss fights. and i saw a lvl 50 get about 8,000 damage and for great contribution to the fight they got a red weapon, i did almost 12,000 damage but i only got a gift box to open which had worthless snow rod and a food item in it. how in the hell does someone do more damage but no reward now feel game cheated me and many others

yep same here!! have 5 collection pieces....and cant even go to the Christmas sale cause melvin is hiddin'!!

I've heard it is a group thing, total group damage...

group damage? as in overall? in the 1st fight, me/dragon/skellies did over 80k, 4th top overall, and all i got was ONE crappy giftbox
