Im making a clan on a differant toon, and i sent everything but, it said the backround is non transparent, what does this mean?

For a clan icon, you need transparency. This means that there shouldn't be a white background in it. Look at your own clan's icon, look at my clan's icon.
Look up on google on how to make an image transparent (or add transparency) cause if you don't have a mac then I can't teach you :P
If you still need help I can add transparency for you if you send me the images to my fake email ;)
