Log-in

Ive been trying for the past week- 2-weeks and i can't get my log-in to work. I'm not really sure why but the screen is fully loaded and just shows blankness where the character list of my 3 toons should be... ">.

Are you playing from computer browser or tablet/phone? If it's the first option please do try clearing your browser cache, if that doesn't help make sure you have latest update of Adobe Flash. If both of these steps doesn't help please try a different browser (Chrome/Firefox)
