flawed balancing and more.

Okay, now i have played for a while, and i see no reason why i should bother with this game any further if nothing is done about balancing issues.

So, we have the following classes: berserker, witcher, paladin.
Beserker: most damage, crits the most, got 2 powerful spells (whip, better healing than water spell in the long run - and fire, highest strike spell damage because of the berserker high basic damage).
Witcher: high damage, dodges the most (my experience anyway), got 1 powerful spell (whip).
Paladin: low damage, resist some damage (75%/50%/25%) the most, blocks slighty more than the 2 other classes, only 1 powerful spell (hammer) which is only getting strong based on luck and requires a full mana bar to build up properly. No good healing spell.

So, it's pretty obvious the berserker is the strongest, the witcher second and far behind is the paladin. Funny enough that the strongest players (along with the pay to win people) all pick/picked the berserker. Yet, it doesn't seem there will be anything done about it.

Now something else .. moderating.
It's simply way too harsh and honestly reminds me of people who feel better when they can punish others even for the smallest of things. Many people avoid the chat, simply because they can't speak their mind. This is not good, and either the rules shouldn't be as strict, or the moderators should be replaced by people who actually know how to moderate properly.
In all seriousness, i see more spam in the chat made up by the moderater chatting about non important stuff (which should be in private, as it has no use for others to read through it) than i see real spam.
People should feel free to speak their mind, within limits, but as it is currently, people keep to themselves and eventually quit because it's so hard to socialise.

And as for the customer service, or lack thereof ... when i send a question or request, i bloody expect an answer. - Why the hell would i care for the game if i can't get in contact with customer service when i need to? - obviously, they don't care about a request. This sort of behaviour only leads to one thing, people leaving the game.

The game has a low population, and most of the new people leave quickly, and it's quite easy to sum up why:
1. Slow progress in the game. (Needs waaaaaay more pace)
2. Getting destroyed by pay to win players. (need to seriously reduce the advantages obtainable this way)
3. Lack of customer service.
4. Flawed game setup (flawed balancing, flawed PvE (monsters are way too strong).
5. Repair system making it near impossible to save up for improvements.
6. Bad moderators or rule set.
7. No updates.

Sooooooo ... should i really bothr anymore? i mean .. most will just answer "if you don't like it, leave" .. and yes, that is the easiest .. but try have a look at from the developers point of view .. why would they be interested in losing any player? even if it's just a complainer, there is seemingly no gain in having 1 player less.
So, is this game just being milked, or will there actually be something done about major issues?

Hey, don't insult paladins. When the zerk gets his shot blocked/absorbed 10 times in a row by the pali I bet he regrets his choice. And water spell when combined with nos orb provides much more consistent heals than the chaos whip.
Bers: Uber attacking/Hammer
Paladin: Uber Defense/Wall
Witcher: Mix of the two/tank

I prefer zerks because I like killing stuff, but during dot I wish I was a witcher or Pally.
I can do 500+ crits on a zerk several times in a row.... lol
Lux the Sarcastic,

As a berserker I have developed a hate for you witchers (jk lol), and I have heard my witcher friend rant about how much he hates paladins. I also kill pallies on a daily basis.

I'm a non pay player and level 50 and disagree with most of what you say.

1. Slow progress - depends on how you play but within days of starting you can easily be up into the teens in level, and at the higher levels it is easy to go up a level in only a few days. Most players soon realize it is a disadvantage to level up fast. Also as the level cap is currently only level 50, would you want to reach there in only a few weeks?
2. You are always going to have an advantage if you pay to play in any game, but, it costs a lot in this game to have a massive advantage. Lots of high levels haven't payed or payed only small amounts and are amongst the most powerful in the game.
3. Can't really comment on this although there seems to be a reply to most posts in the forum within a working day.
4. Don't think the classes are out of balance, I think most people pick zerk before they start as they want to kill rather than defend. I know lots of witchers and pallys at level 50 that kick butt. As for PvE, if you have developed properly you should be fairly comfortable at killing a mob at your own level or even 2-3 levels higher.
5. The repair system is fine, just don't fight monsters that will kill you.
6. Moderators bad? matter of opinion but you have to remember that young children play this game as well.
7. No updates - this is the only bit of your post that I have some sympathy with. Updates are fairly common, but with little notice or explanation.

So to summarize, wait until you have actually progressed in the game before putting it down.
Also, last time I said that paladins were the worst class DassDass had a go at me ;)

Now, I think witchers are the worst...wait, SKIF...stay away! noooooo (jk lol)
Marcus the Wise,

Witchers are the worst, then how come i crush u all day long lol...every class has its good qualities and its bad.

Witchers Absorb Damage..
Palidans Block
Zerks crit

Simple as that..Its just also the marks make a difference also..like i have fire reflection stacked like nothing ">
the paladin bitten by doping pieces, with correctly picked up mints and the pumped-over heroism ушатает the average Berserker without sitting down on a horse and without letting out a dragon. he who pays the piper calls the tune. pour in eureka and find a mode of god ENGLISH I am not ON FRIENDLY TERMS with LANGUAGE "> therefore through the translator I write. but I think thought it is clear.
