They are obviously disbanding.
And please stop trying to get into a clan, you were kicked from FOUR already (NOT including underworld, Rising Phoenix, Dragon Elite, and others). If you reformed and made an alt that no one could find out and behaved yourself, maybe we could accept you. BUt this just wont work .
