At what times/days do the monsters become available for fighting to collect sparks of abyss? What specifically are the quest(s) called, to get the sparks of abyss?

Next Shaab Event is planned after about 62 days is when you'll be able to do all these things and acquire Defender of Adan reputation and sparks. Meantime i would suggest you look at Vortex of Trapped Souls daily quests ;)
