Profession and Crafting collection Item drops

Anyone else, stop getting them,
I can't remember the last time I got one.
I used to get them daily or every other day.

I've been doing countless elite protector quests and don't always get a collection piece when the quest is completed. What's going on with that? What can be done to fix that?
