It has ben a while since I hit lvl49 and have use my fire spells like crazy but have not received not one single fire spell mastery for using my spells thank you

Report using in game bug function. I had issue on a alt who couldn't gain mastery and it was dismissed as bad luck at first, they investigated and found it was indeed a bug and shortly fixed it after.

If your spells you are using are lv 7 then as legionnaire said report it. if not you can only get mastery by using a lv 7 fire spell.
