if that is the case then they should tell us /warn us of the upgrade to avoid us losing out if we are for example doing the HoP etc.... simple communication and change management.......

For updates we're provided with at least a half an hour warning as they say server is about to shut down, also as far as I know that only happens when admins are online.. which they aren't scheduled to be at this time.
