Golden Valor Experience Ratio

There is a lot of Talk about not wasting XP and getting as much Valor as posilbe.
So I was looking at the Valor Armour to work out if there is any Golden Ratio, and it seem to be 5:1 (+- 0.3) this is for all the Valor Armour's from level 27 onto level 50.

The only exception this is the Ratio for 1st Soldier for a Military Belt, which is 5.7:1

!! The term Golden is used to mean ideal !! i.e. not too much not too little.

So if I had experience higher like 100k vs 5k - then i would need more 5k valor to gain - and being more experienced is not been a gr8 idea - this is maybe due to more valor to gain if u have a more even ratio - or could be u maximize the usage of the armor - should be that u gain armor right on time and not have to use the lower green one for longer then necessary -

The 5:1 ratio is needed if you with to buy the blue or Purple Armour as soon as you reach the required level, from 32-50
You would need 20k Valor for your 100k Exp in your example above to get your 5:1
