I bought the Shining Parcel Of Vitality in the shop,when I went to use it and paid the 70 silver fee,it came back in Russian and said I needed to pay an additional 1 gold to activate it. When I paid the fee it resorted back to the Shining Parcel and stated I had to pay an additional fee of 70 silver. In all I am now out 2g and 140 silver and it still is not changed to Parcel of Vitality One.
