Why is it after you lvl up to 9 the cost to take another quest goes up from .5 reals to 1real?

50 Its free, but you have to wait 24 hours for the next one after you finish it. If you want one sooner, you have to pay either reals or gold.
_Auron_13 yeah i get that, i just dont see why the reals cost gets raised after turning lvl 9
