Barbershop?

In case this affects it, I play mainly on iPad but use the Nova server.
Wondering how to find/use the Barbershop if it's possible?

Grab a any computer anywhere, go www.dragoneternity.com (hopefully flash is installed), find Winery Crossroads, go to the barber and make the changes.

I use an iPad almost exclusively and this is what I had to do.
