The Plan For Sea Battle
Well...Firstly we need to pull off a complete picture so this is what I was proposing in order to implement the plan:
1) All SB Special purpose Sea Battlers will have organizational permission to manage the Queue
2) A SB Player is on the contact of his fellow sailors
3) If he is an Sea Battler - WaterWolf or has a Sea Battler - Alt Specialist (New Character) - He will be 100% available to Queue
4) Various - The Forum Section will be used to post specific messages like when we are Queuing and Requesting for SB players to Q
5) Priority is given to the Queue - as long as 5 are in you may be free not to join it
6) Priority is given to veteran Sea Farers who may also request us to dequeue
7) Secondary priority is given to balance the sides so that the PvP is more even - although if not enough are in it is not required to be so\
8) There are no requirements for mounts or Powerful Equipment but everyone is expected to do well
9) A primary table of Sea Battlers and where they belong is to keep information of who is in the Sea Battler Special Purpose Organization
9) A current Q of SB players is kept in a table in Various and updated by posting in the thread when SB players log in
10) The threads are started by anyone independently but are maintained by whoever starts them and closed when the run is finished and logged
11) To start a new thread just check if there is an open Q - join in by posting to the thread if there is one - else start a new thread
12) Check back regularly to update who's in and check contacts
13) Schedules can be posted as well and how many rounds you wish to join may be posted too as additional information and LFG style too
14) Fixed daily schedules can be posted as well and log in by posting to it and contact the poster
15) No arguments please

But Would be good if the person who starts the Thread of a SB, also starts a new raid and as many as possible should PM him and join the raid.
Maybe we can ask the powers that be increase friends list to 100+ ans increase Raid to 20+
I do think we need 3 levels
1st Anything goes
2nd Must have blue belts, but no no level 50 all purple (esp if they have less than 9, as then they get ubba replicants)
3rd Low level i.e. non blue belt (maybe no mounts)
You're right about friends lists - I have a full one! Lets see what else did it say - co-ordinate from the Forum Various
That should solve that problem - we just post to forum and Q in and PM the guy on the thread should work easily
About the levels - Post on suggesting this round is for so and so a particular set of levels and to inquire if anyone is around - then serve notice that if there is more then 5 in the Q then Level 3/2/1 guys should leave the queue - can work
