Amendar of Mind Quest

I have the quest to use it on the curiass. However I don't seem to be getting it. I have gotten 2 other amendars but not the mind one. Are there other quests for the other amendars after the mind one? If so I sincerely hope I get the mind one before this quest expires because then I will miss out on the other quests just because I couldn't get one amendar.

have u used reals to get the mekhar in order to use it?

i dont have the mind amendar. and it isn't dropping. i have the mekhar

was told that it goes by lvl and that since i got the other amendars i can't get the mind one. is this true?
