My friend lost his dragon quests. They are not in his folder.He has the first two parts of the amulet and the horns from them

Not all of dragon quests are in narrative quests tab. Also there is level requirement for each of subsequent dragon quests (11/12/13) and so on. Also name of your friend would be appreciated so it could be looked into.
