Organizing a Group and announcing it is a violation of the chat rules in general chat??

I stated in the general chat are that I was organizing a group, not looking for one, and had a curse of silence placed on me? Heavens voice stated violating the chat rules for TRADE/LOOKING FOR GROUP ??
I wasn't looking for one, it was being formed!!!! ">

"Announce" that your group is being formed in "Looking For Group" channel instead of main chats next time.
