Level 3 Clans

When will we be able to start our quest so we can achieve lvl 3 clan statues?? I know alot of are starting to get bored and always looking for something new to do and this may start sparking our interest again. So please unlock lvl 3 clan quest please ">">">

Agreed Russian Server has had lvl 3 clans for a long time I know we lag behind them but geeezzzz, chop chop admin.
