Those are rings that are best suited for one of three classes. Witcher's ring will increase your chance of decreasing damage from enemy by 25/50 or 75%, Berserk's ring will increase your chance on doing critical hits to your enemies while Paladin's ring increases your chances of blocking an attack.

Personally, I would use a witcher ring for a paladin, a zerker ring for a witcher, and a paladin ring for a berzerker. Helps compensate for your weaknesses.

Personally, I use class-matched accessories, which I chose to be berzerker. I feel that compensating for your weaknesses also diminishes your strengths.
