can you really group for instance?...can anyone tell me how to create a group">..

on the bottom right you will see a list of names, just above them names are a bunch of tabs, click on the group one then click create group, you can only invite people that are between your lvl and 2 lower

Not true anymore. You can group with anyone, any level under your group leaders level.
