Level 6 Quest, Seal of Searching

I have tried to get the thing from Gabriel 4 different times, when I go to the ghost men it says Reward: (reduced)
I don't get it, can someone help please?

Ihit

Reward reduced only means that you received lower amount of money. You simply need to keep killing monsters depending on which Seal of Searching you have currently on you for a chance to receive those blacksmiths items to create gladiator armor pieces.

Also, worst-case you can buy them for 150 each from the blacksmithing screen.
