Can anyone explain to me how to choose weapons and such? I want to know how wisdom/strength and all that how they effect my attacks and such and what will make them stronger.

If you go to the "character" menu and hit "characteristics". There should be stats like damage, intuition etc. If you hover your mouse over the stat, it will tell you how that stat effects you.
