Is there a way to undoredo a quest?

I was doing the first professions quest, "make boots", but I made the wrong ones. Can I change or redo it? ">

You can change boots once you make the correct ones. But you can't undo anything. The best I can tell you is make the correct ones and dismantle the wrong ones for dust or direct sale to game.
