So thats what happened to him...? Must've happened the time I was away... Also, if characters are shackled, they'd only have access to the Guardian's forum to consider posting their reason to be bailed if the shackling was unjust. He can see this one from the title, but afterwards... He won't see the post at all, saying he doesn't have the required permissions. One of the only ways you'll be able to communicate with him is if you send him a PM (unless the rules of rights characters have when shackled has been changed). The game is missing another large piece without him there. I hope he can get out of them soon! Shackles arent fun to be in...
