msg abt carving meat

I always get a msg that I have meat left to carve when i kill animals but i dont know how to do it.. I have my hunter's knife equipped but dont know how to use it to carve the meat... so many of my meat go waste... helpppp">

Click on the Carcass then you will get the Meat

The Carcasss will be outlined in gray

I've noticed a new Bug that fails to let you see that your Knife may be broken, preventing carving. After the fight, but with the post-fight stats still up (character still on screen, dead mob, xp/items earned), try opening your backpack, and see if you have a fully damaged knife in your inventory. If so, repair, re-equip, carve
