Try clicking DragonEternity logo on top-left corner and see if it helps. Also make sure it is http://dragoneternity not https:// as with second option you might not be able to see login window.

What browser are you using, also please do clear your browser cache/cookies.

Using internet explorer, never had a problem before. even rebooted puter. Killick

Try a different browser, while i can log-in without any problems, some players seem to be having similar issue when using IE.

I see you had no issues logging into the game using Chrome. In general Chrome/Firefox/Opera are preferred browsers, however if you wish to use IE you might need to update browser.
Closing thread as issues haven't been resolved.
