I think you should have a BC only if you allow them to kinda of this like a trade trade with character? yes/no. This is crzy worthless stuff. BC is suppose to be PvP not this lame attacking thing like on mIRC. I also think you should be able to stop BC after one time this is easier for everyone or make a complaint against lamer BC users who think they are interesting. So many things to do in the game I cannot be god damn concern with BC ">">

IF the game allows you to BC someone an unlimited number of times, at any level, then, that is not bullying. Threatening a player with real life consequences is bullying.
