Exp Gain?

Hi im new to this game and slowly understanding it, but I'm trying to find out how to gain levels faster. Im only level 7, and it is taking forever to get to level 8, quests only give 50-80 exp, and kills only 20. I feel like im a very high level with how slow it is.

you will find later on when you realize how important your reputations in everything is that you get too much xp imo.

u do. Im sarting to feel the repurcussion already, not being able to purchase the nosferatu or fearless orbs. It not very helpful
Just keep trying to increase your reps and avoid making my mistakes
