Just wanted to make sure is it possible to recieve Mark of Spoils when you've already recieved one of garrug and have it in your backpack still? :)

Yes indeed you can! It's possible to make a gear dedicated to money drops. If you already have one of these marks it doesn't change the fact that another can drop from Garuug's bag next time.
