In the event info it says reoccurring quest. I did it once got the gift and it hasn't come back. Instead I've been getting these other quests for poppers and stuff.

The quests to use Poppers , Deidare Squibs and others are ones that are reocurring this stage. The quest "Gift for Savior of Holiday" is a one time only quest.

You can get them by either opening gifts from other quests or buy them in Artifacts section of shop.

ok, thank you. I opened 2 chests and only got snowballs and mulled wine, nothing else.
