can somebody tell me how to exactly use these? I select a target from the list screen during battle and no matter who I pick, i cant use it. Help?

you use them in the main fight vs. the sadarian's boss, the character that is in a little quarrel with the person that gave you the quest.

There is a method to my madness, no matter what others may think! :p

you can only hit the sadar boss with these bombs...
