u got it all wrong its intuition (crit rate) goes up at momnt of strike and it doesnt it does 40-70 per hit and it does about 100-150 with a critical hit

You'll be banned for you username whenever they do name sweeps, so I wouldn't worry about spells (or anything else for that matter). But for the sake of clarity, I think you're talking about learning a 2nd spell and not a lvl 2 spells. Lvl 2 spells are like lvl 1, except they do more damage. 2nd spells give you a spell that you can cast in addition to your main attack. You're right that damage is small, but it adds up.
