blue armor schemes

i purchased the scheme to make the lesser weapons (pommels, shields and lefty swords) but cant seem to find the main weapon scheme, all it says is to complete a quest from level 4? im level 7 and havent seen such a quest (yes i have done gladiator armor quests) also, how come we now have to pay for the blue armor schemes?

I have a few of the armor, I never had to pay for it. Maybe they updated.

=) thanks for trying, but i mean the 'blue' scheme armor (imperial defender, dark hunter and merciless crusher)

Hello Obliterator,

Keep doing quests till you receive 'Armor of Remarkable Strength' quest. Once complete it, you will be able to create all of those things.

sorry to be a pain (going for valor and cant spend too much xp) which quest/s leads up to the armor of remarkable strength?
