How? Presently lvl 10 zerk. Does every thing start out at lvl 1? How do I change out equipment, without taking a beating? Any suggestions?

you can change your class easily.
1st you must unequip your amulet of zerk, and any other specific armor/weapons of that class. then you go to the shop and buy either witcher amulet or pally amulet. equip that then you will be a new class :D
