22 as far as I know it is for a quest that has not been implemented.

37 yeah i wasted 5g on this too and i keep getting the 3 mins to kill him but he doesn't show anywhere. Guess its just another thing implemented before its ready.
Ihit30 As mentioned by Myojolimroi - quest is not yet available for players. However i would suggest keeping that compass as there will be nice rewards coming with that quest in near future.
