You could try finding a group for yourself in 'Looking For Group' chat channel. Also Caves are meant to be done in groups.

i would highly suggest you are at least level 16 with a dragon and a full group. Do NOT forget to stock up on pots, orbs, glyphs and food too... you'll need it.
