Using weakness orbs doesn't give any impact on chances of drops.

If you don't like them then don't use them... I'm wondering how you're qualified to say that NOBODY uses them... you clearly haven't asked everybody in the game.

i was saying u get the orbs instead of more useful orbs.podeth the orbs dont seem to give you a benefit.it says it weakens attacks but the attacker continues to do as much damage with no more chance of blocking.

weakness orbs are good for farming. they reduce the damage you receive while NOT increasing the damage you do. which COULD give you the ability to hit again with a magic attack you are farming of essence. or even be able to take on a slightly stronger mob than you normally might go against while ess famring

The orbs are good because you can sell them or trade them
