Rod of Velet

I've had this quest for a long time and i've been inside pvps a lot and i cant collect 1 soul so i can get the skeletals for a few other quests i have. if anyone knows how to get souls i need. plz guys i really need this 1 quest done ASAP so i can do the quest in the "Depths of the Ship" and "Flaming Stones"

it is a pain to get done I know use it in battlegrounds. that's the only afvice I can give

When I did this quest, I equipped it every single hit i made. Dont think it really helped in terms of the percentage change of capturing the soul, but it did get me used to equipping it for the final blow... especially if I got a nice crit. gdluck!
