You can get bigger belt by earning valor and reputation points. There is also rare drop - Canvas Belt. For several others you can check shop's belts section while unticking 'available'.

I cant find the belts in the shop even searched belt in the shop but didnt find it can you guys help me?

Belts are unlocked at higher levels for now your current belt size will have to do ;)
